Now in our third year of growing, we farm in a way that puts the health of our soil first, because we believe healthy soil grows the best-tasting food. This dinner series is our chance to bring that food straight from our beds to your table.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"ltr\"\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eAbout the chef\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"ltr\"\u003eAoife grew up on a farm in East Clare, so cooking with produce straight from the land comes naturally to her. She trained at Ballymaloe Cookery School and went on to cook in Melbourne at Hope St Radio and Julie before returning home to start Aoife’s Table. Today she travels around Ireland hosting seasonal supper clubs, private dinners and events, with a garden-to-table style that puts local producers and Irish ingredients front and centre.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"ltr\"\u003eFor this evening, she’ll be building a four-course menu around fresh, seasonal produce from our farm, showing off what Irish ingredients can do when they’re picked at their best and cooked with care.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"ltr\"\u003e\u003cmeta charset=\"utf-8\"\u003eWine on the night will be poured by Lucy Barlow, who has chosen each bottle to complement Aoife’s Table’s four-course menu.
